To Whom It May Concern,

We bought our home from Tom Anderson in January of 1998. From the time we signed the contract to buy, until it was completed, was approximately two months. During that time, Tom worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with his work. He kept us informed regarding the changes we had requested just to make sure they were being done according to or expectations.

Tom and his subcontractors are all very meticulous about their work. They are proud of what they build and strive to make the perspective homeowner very satisfied. He stays on top of every aspect of the entire project to ensure all work is done according to his high standards. He worked very hard to meet our completion deadline.

He was truthful with us about every aspect of the project and didn’t try to mislead or deceive us in any way what so ever. We Highly recommend him. We would not hesitate to have him build us another home should that become necessary.
