We just want to drop you a quick note and let you know how delighted we are
to be living in a TSA Home. Since moving in eight months ago, I've woken up
every morning, looked around at our beautiful home and surroundings, and
said, "I am so glad we made the decision to buy this house!"

With my work, I often get into homes that are two and three times the price
of ours. I recently was in a Mercer Island home that is two years old, and I
was struck by the similarities to our home. The same wood on the kitchen
cabinets, similar design features in the entrance way, same quality of light
fixtures, same doors and woodwork, similar special touches and additions.
The attention to details and upgrades you put into your homes matches those
of the Eastside's gold coast!

It's been a pleasure to work with you, your staff, and subs as little things
have come up since we moved in. Thanks for your responsiveness and
cheerfulness. A call from Tom Anderson is generally a highlight of my
day--compared to calls from many others!
